Choose a Premium plan

Steps

1. Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen.
2. Tap DATA & PRIVACY.
3. On the Premium row, tap UPGRADE. The sheet "Choose your plan" opens.
4. Tap the plan you want.
5. Finish paying. The steps depend on where you use MovesBook (see below).

Other ways to open the same sheet:

• On HOME, tap the days-left pill at the top, while you are on a trial.
• Go past a free limit. The sheet then starts with what you just did.
• Tap See plans on a Premium message.

On iPhone and Android

• The sheet lists everything Premium adds.
• Each plan is a card with its name and price: Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly and, while it is still on sale, Premium Lifetime.
• Tap a card. The App Store or Google Play payment sheet opens.
• When it works, you see Welcome to Premium! and the app restarts.
• If it fails, you see "Purchase failed. You have not been charged."
• Below the cards are Restore Purchases, a note about renewing, and links to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. On iPhone there is also License Agreement (EULA).

If the cards don't load, you see "Couldn't load the plans." Check your connection and tap Retry.

On the web app

• Each plan is a button with its price. Lifetime shows only while it is still on sale.
• Tap a button. The checkout opens in a new tab.
• The sheet says: "Pay with your MovesBook account email — Premium is activated on that account within 24 hours".
• The web app has no Restore Purchases.

Check or cancel your plan

• Tap the gear icon, then DATA & PRIVACY. With Premium, the row shows MOVESBOOK PREMIUM and your plan, for example "Active — yearly".
• MANAGE opens the plans sheet again. It does not cancel anything.
• To cancel a subscription, use your App Store account settings or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. The note on the sheet says the same.
