Everything on the BATTLE tab, plus logging a battle and looking back on it.

  1. Plan battle rounds and entriesBuild your battle plan round by round. Put moves, sets and transitions in each entry, and read the Round Arc.

  2. Use Battle Mode and Battle ViewRead your battle plan at the jam. Battle Mode makes it large and lets you mark rounds as used. Battle View fills the screen.

  3. Run the Competition SimulatorDance your planned rounds bracket by bracket, with rest between rounds and a break between brackets, like a real competition.
  4. Prepare for a battle with a planBuild a training plan that counts down to your battle, with phases, training days, the moves to work on and a checklist for every day.
  5. Get through battle dayOn the day of your battle, run through your checklist, mark the battle complete, log your result and make a share card.

  6. Build a freestyle listPick the moves and sets you want to throw in a session, then tick them off as you use them. Trust Mode hides the list so you dance from memory.

  7. Add rivals, sparring mates and crewKeep a card for each dancer you battle, train with or rep with: their style, their go-to moves and your game plan.
  8. Log a battleWrite down a battle you danced: the event, each round, who you faced, what you threw and how the judges voted.
