Your moves

Everything about the MOVES tab: how your library is laid out, what you can store on each move, and how to group moves into sets.

  1. Browse your libraryFind your way around VOCABULARY, the place where all your moves live, and pick the view that suits you.
  2. Find, sort and filter your movesSearch your library by name, change the order of your moves and filter them by category, tension role, origin or trait.
  3. Add and organise categoriesGroup your moves into categories, give each one a colour, and rename, reorder or delete them.
  4. Switch the move form to Full modeShow every field of the move form, or choose which sections the short Simple form keeps.
  5. Set a move's Execution LevelRate how well you can do a move, from 1 (Learning) to 10 (Excellent), and choose how the level shows in your library.
  6. Keep moves fresh with Execution DecaySee how a move's level slowly drops when you stop training it, and choose how fast it happens.
  7. Set how hard a move isMark a move as Easy, Intermediate or Advanced. Difficulty changes how long its level holds before it starts to fade.
  8. Add and use traitsMake your own labels, like spin direction or style, tag your moves with them and filter your library by them.
  9. Tag a move with O.U.R. perspectivesMark which of the five O.U.R. perspectives a move develops, and see them together when you pick a battle arsenal.
  10. Give a move a tension roleTag a move as Flow, Build, Hit or Peak so your sets and battle rounds show their energy curve.
  11. Connect a move's lineageLink a move to the parent move it builds on, so your variations line up into family trees.
  12. See your moves as a lineage treeView your library as family trees, with each parent move above the variations that grew from it.
  13. Write in a move's journalKeep dated notes on a move, with a link or a video, to track how it changes over time.
  14. Spotlight your focus movesMark the moves you want to work on with the lightbulb, then show only those moves in your library.
  15. Build a setPut moves together in a set, in the order you dance them, with transitions and a live energy curve.
  16. Memorize your sets with Flash CardsTest yourself on your sets. See a set's name, recall its moves, then flip the card to check.
  17. Explore links between movesFind out which of your moves flow into each other, shortlist links to try, and save the ones that work.
  18. Bulk import your movesAdd many moves at once, from a pasted list of names or, in the phone app, from videos on your phone.
  19. Install a creator packAdd a pack of moves from a creator to your library, reinstall your packs on a new device, or remove one.
  20. Delete a move and get it backSend moves to the Bin, undo a delete, and restore a move from Settings within 15 days.
  21. Keep reminders in My NotesStick short notes to yourself at the top of the MOVES tab, so you see them every time you open MOVES.
