Add and organise categories

Watch: Categories, Colours & Execution Decay

Add a category

1. Tap MOVES, then VOCABULARY.
2. Tap +, then Add Category.
3. Type a name in CATEGORY NAME *.
4. Tap the COLOUR dot and pick a colour.
5. Leave Execution Decay on or turn it off.
6. Tap ADD CATEGORY.

You can also make a category from the Category row in the move form, with + Add Category.

Rename it or change its colour

Categories have a ⋯ menu in the CATEGORIES and TILES views. Tap the view button until it shows one of them.

1. Tap ⋯ on the category card.
2. Tap Edit.
3. Change the name, the colour or Execution Decay.
4. Tap SAVE.

Renaming keeps all its moves inside it.

Change the order

1. Press and hold a category card, then drag it.
2. Tap the card again to finish.

Or choose Settings › NAVIGATION › Sort Categories By: Custom, Alphabetical (A-Z) or Most Progress.

Delete a category

1. Tap ⋯ on the card, then Delete.
2. Leave Also delete its … moves ticked to send its moves to the Bin. Untick it to keep them as uncategorized moves.
3. Tap DELETE, or KEEP IT to stop.

Moves in the Bin come back with their category if you restore them within 15 days. See Delete a move and get it back.
