Redeem a code

Steps

1. Sign in to your MovesBook account.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen.
3. Tap DATA & PRIVACY.
4. On the Premium row, tap UPGRADE. The plans sheet opens.
5. At the bottom, tap Have a code?. On the web app the code field may already be open.
6. Type your code in Enter promo code.
7. Tap REDEEM.

You see Code redeemed and the app restarts with Premium.

Where you can redeem

• Web app and Android: yes.
• iPhone: there is no code field. Redeem the code on the web app or on Android. Then sign in on your iPhone with the same account. Premium from the code is on your account.

If it doesn't work

You see Invalid or expired code. Check that:

• you typed the code correctly;
• you are signed in. Codes don't work without an account.

After you redeem

• Tap the gear icon, then DATA & PRIVACY. The Premium row shows "Active — free access".
• If your code lasts a set time, a pill on HOME shows how many days are left.
