Sign out

Sign out of your MovesBook account, and choose whether to keep or clear what is saved on this phone.

SIGN OUT at the bottom of MY PROFILE, and the Keep the training on this phone? question

Steps

  1. Tap your avatar at the top of the screen. MY PROFILE opens.
  2. Scroll to the bottom. SIGNED IN AS shows your account's email, if it has one.
  3. Tap SIGN OUT.
  4. The app asks Keep the training on this phone? Tap KEEP or CLEAR THIS PHONE.
  5. Answer When were you born? again.
  6. The sign-in screen appears.

If changes are still uploading

The button may show SAVING YOUR DATA… for a few seconds while your last changes go up.

If they cannot go up, for example when you are offline, you see Unsaved changes. Signing out now deletes those changes from this phone. Tap CANCEL, get back online, and try again. Tap LOG OUT ANYWAY only if you accept losing them.

Keep or clear this phone

  • KEEP: changes nothing more on the phone.
  • CLEAR THIS PHONE: asks once more, then tap DELETE. It deletes everything MovesBook saved on this phone, including your videos, photos and audio. Your account in the cloud is not touched.

Choose CLEAR THIS PHONE if someone else will use this phone next.

What happens to your data

Your synced training is removed from this phone and stays in your account. Sign in again and it comes back.
