Map your stance

Score yourself across the five O.U.R. perspectives, read your stance card and share it.

On REFLECT › STANCE, tap MAP MY STANCE. Rate yourself 1 to 10 on each of the five perspectives, then save.

Take the assessment

  1. Tap REFLECT, then STANCE.
  2. Tap MAP MY STANCE →.
  3. Read the perspective's name, its description and the ten statements under it.
  4. Move the slider to your score, from 1 (Just starting) to 10 (World class).
  5. Tap NEXT →.
  6. Do the same for all five perspectives: Foundation, Originality, Dynamics, Execution and Cypher/Battle.
  7. On the last one, tap SAVE MY STANCE →.

Your stance card opens. To go back one screen, tap the arrow at the top left. To leave without saving, tap SKIP.

Read your stance card

  • A radar chart with one point per perspective.
  • Last updated and the date.
  • Each perspective with your score.
  • Three cards worked out from your own data: STAMINA (from your solo Spar sessions), VOCABULARY (from your moves) and TRAINING CONSISTENCY (from your logged training).

Tap the ⓘ next to a perspective to open O.U.R. Standards. It explains the perspective, its components and how it is scored.

Take it again

  1. On STANCE, tap +.
  2. Tap CONFIRM.

The sliders start at your last scores. If you save twice on the same day, the second one replaces the first.

Compare with earlier assessments

Comparing assessments is part of Premium. With Premium, your previous assessment shows as a second outline on the radar, and each score has an arrow: up, down or level.

Without Premium, once you have two assessments you see Compare with your earlier assessments. Tapping it opens the plans sheet. See pricing.

Share your stance

  1. Tap SHARE under the radar.
  2. Optional: tap ADD PHOTO to put a photo behind the card.
  3. Tap SHARE. On the phone app, your phone's share sheet opens. On the web app, the image is shared or downloaded.
