See who has sent a homework and who has not, and share the homework as a PDF sheet.

One homework's status with Share homework sheet

Steps

  1. Open your class from Classes I teach in your profile.
  2. Under HOMEWORK, tap a homework. Each row shows how many sent it, like "3 of 8 sent".
  3. Read the title, the due date, your note and the moves with their targets.
  4. Scroll down to see the students in three groups.

The three groups

  • SENT: tap a name to open what that student sent.
  • SENDING DIDN'T FINISH: they tapped Send, but it hasn't reached you yet.
  • NOTHING SENT YET: you only see what students send. Work they haven't sent stays on their phone.

"Past the due date" shows when the date has gone and not everyone has sent. Only you see it. For homework set to some students, you see "Selected students" and how many.

Share the homework sheet

  1. On the same screen, tap SHARE HOMEWORK SHEET.
  2. Wait while it says MAKING THE PDF….
  3. Choose where to send it in your phone's share sheet. On the web app, the file may download instead.

The sheet shows the homework as you set it. It has the title, the class, the due date, each move with its target reps, the questions and your note. While you have Premium, it also has the join line with the code, so new students can join. It has no student names and no student work.

Print it from the app you shared it to, or send it to your class group chat.
