Steps

1. Open your class from Classes I teach in your profile.
2. Tap Shows.
3. Tap NEW SHOW. A show called "End of year show" opens, with one scene.
4. Every student is a numbered dot on the stage. The audience is at the bottom.
5. Pick a shape under FORMATION: Lines, Staggered, V shape, Arc or Cypher.
6. Tap a dot, or a name in the student list, to give that student a solo. Tap again to remove it.
7. With a solo, pick where it happens: FRONT LEFT, FRONT CENTRE or FRONT RIGHT.
8. Tap ADD SCENE for the next scene. Repeat for each scene.
9. Tap PLAY to watch the scenes one after another.

There is no Save button. Every change saves by itself. The line at the top says Saving… or Saved. Offline, it says the show is saved on this phone and is sent when you are online.

Move dots by hand

Drag a dot to move it. On a phone, hold a dot to see the name. To undo your moves, tap Put back in formation. To keep a shape, tap SAVE AS MY FORMATION and name it. It shows under My formations, in all your classes.

Scenes

• Tap a scene in the strip to open it.
• Hold a scene and drag it to change the order.
• DUPLICATE copies the open scene. DELETE removes it.
• A show holds up to 100 scenes.

EVERYONE GETS A TURN builds the whole show for you: an opening, one solo for each student (beginners first), then a finale. It replaces the scenes you have.

Levels

In the student list, set each student to Advanced, Intermediate or Beginner. The strongest stand at the front. Only you see levels. On an upright phone, tap STUDENTS at the bottom to open the list.

Share it with the class

1. Go back to SHOWS.
2. Turn on Share with class for the show.

Students in this class can then see the stage and all names. They never see levels. New students are added to the show when you next open it. See See your spot in a show.
