Remove a student or close a class

Take a student out of your class, or close a class you no longer teach.

Remove a student

  1. Open your class from Classes I teach in your profile.
  2. Under STUDENTS, tap ⋯ next to the student.
  3. Tap Remove from class.
  4. Read the message and tap REMOVE. You see "Removed from the class."

You stop seeing what they sent to this class straight away. They keep their own records.

Close a class

  1. Open the class.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap CLOSE CLASS.
  3. Read the message and tap CLOSE CLASS again. You see "Class closed."

The class disappears from your screens. No one new can join, and you can't set new homework. Your students see "Your teacher closed this class. No new homework will come." They keep their own records.
