Getting started

Find your way around the four tabs

What HOME, MOVES, BATTLE and REFLECT are for, their sub-tabs, and the buttons in the header.

Steps

  1. Look at the bar at the bottom: HOME, MOVES, +, BATTLE, REFLECT.
  2. Tap a tab to open it. The open tab is underlined in red.
  3. Tap a sub-tab in the row at the top of the tab to switch pages.

MovesBook opens on MOVES. You can change this; see Change how the app looks.

The four tabs

HOME is your day: log today's training, habits, goals, notes and move updates. It has no sub-tabs. See Plan your day on HOME.

MOVES is your move library and your training tools. Sub-tabs: VOCABULARY, SETS, DRILL, LINKS, CREATE. Inside DRILL there is a second row: DRILL, TABATA, GRIND. See Browse your library.

BATTLE is for getting ready to battle. Sub-tabs: PLAN, PREP, FREESTYLE, RIVALS. Inside RIVALS: RIVALS, SPARRING MATE, CREW. See Plan battle rounds and entries.

REFLECT shows your progress. Sub-tabs: MY BOOK, STANCE, SESSIONS. See Read your training record in My Book.

The + in the middle adds something to the page you are on. See Use the + button.

The header

At the top left is the MOVESBOOK name. If you set a nickname, it shows next to it, like "of Shadow". At the top right:
