Add attachments to a move

Watch: Add Attachments to a Move in MovesBook

Steps

1. Tap MOVES, then VOCABULARY.
2. Tap a move. EDIT MOVE opens.
3. Under MEDIA, tap VIDEO. Your phone's video picker opens.
4. Pick one video. MovesBook copies it into the app.
5. Tap CONFIRM to save the move.

A set works the same way: MOVES › SETS › the set › VIDEO › SAVE.

Large files can take a few minutes to copy. The app shows Copying video and the size while it works.

What you see after

The video gets its own row: a play button, its name and its size. The name is the file's name at first.

• Tap the play button at the start of the row to watch it. See Study a video frame by frame.
• Tap the name or the pencil to rename it (up to 40 characters).
• Tap × to remove it. Only MovesBook's copy is deleted. The original stays on your phone.
• Tap ADD START POINT to mark a moment. See Add start points to a video.

Tap VIDEO again to add more videos. When there are several, only the first shows. Tap + 1 more (or the number shown) to see the rest.

The first time, a notice called Video on this device explains where the video is kept. Tick Don't show this again to hide it.
